Mike - Welcome to the Richmond Road Runners and the Tuesday Night Robious Sports & Fitness Center speed group! As you can see from the posted workouts in the Message Board section of the group page, we do various things from shorter fartleks to longer tempo runs. The workouts consist of a 2 mile warm-up with stretching and striders, followed by anywhere from 3 to 5 miles of speedwork, and finishing with striders, a cool-down, and stretching. It's a very supportive group, which has been running together for over 20 years. Jerry Pisecki is currently leading the group. Have a good one!
