It's been a while. A long while. Yesterday was the first day running outside in a looooong time. This is blog worthy because the run felt GOOD! My running had really tapered off. I hated it, didn't want to do it, so, I did the bare minimum. I knew that to feel successful I needed patience, but mine really ran out. The weight came, I got slower.
