Summer Track Series at "Maggie Walker Governor's School"

RRRC Happy Hour at Savor

April 15, 2009 from 6:30pm to 11pm
NEW TIME!Once a month (third Wednesday) we have a running happy hour. We meet at award winning chef Ellie Basch's restaurant, Savor, at 6:30 and go out for a ~3 mile run along the canal/floodwall downtown. Upon returning Ellie will be providing appetizers, $3 beer, and $5 wine. Each month has a different featured beer and wine. I am especially jealous because I had a "Bridesmaid-zilla" yesterday that was really draining my energy! Heasded out for my 7.5 now. Waited all weekend for this!!

Sooo, It's funny cuz (last year at the huegenot 3 miler)you didn't ask me out, but you did the whole "Don't I know you from somewhere...blah blah." thing. I wasn't wearing my ring, and I was standing next to my teenaged stepson. He felt the vibe and was sure you were trying to pick me up. My stepson and I so joked about it on the ride home because I was married to his dad. You have no idea how many times the name "Morgan" came up between my stepson and I in joking.

Anyhow, long story short, I'm single again and suddenly the name "Morgan" appears on one of my comments. Life is funny.
