But you know what.....that's the great thing about running, the feeling you get when you're crossing that bridge, in the fog of the morning, hardly any cars on the bridge, its crisp and quiet. The feeling is priceless!!!

Thanks, although I must admit that I did a bit of cropping on my computer.

Myron,
Thank you for your kindness!! I wish I could do the trail run this weekend especially since I didn't do Scramble. My son has a school event at 8 a.m. so I will be missing this one also.
Myron, you might like this---have you seen the new trail running group. I signed up for it hoping to make a run once in a while. It is hard sometimes to have free time with the children, but I'm hoping to catch a group run here or there this year. I think they are going to rotate the different trails in the area, and they seem very nice people.
Hope you have a magnificent day today!!

Myron,

I noticed on one of your posts the mention of a 5k trail at Pole Green Park. I go out there a lot when my husband plays softball and am curious about what trail you follow. I am having a hard time figuring out how to get that distance. Let me know if you have some suggestions. Thanks!
