Christmas Eve Fun Run at "University of Richmond next to the Robbins Center"

December 24, 2009 from 8am to 9am
Christmas Eve easy run (about 7- 9.5 miles), cookie exchange and post-run breakfast at Westbury Pharmacy!!! The run will start @ 8am from under the BOOT (big old oak tree) at the UofR’s Robbins Stadium and the stadium construction.We’ll run over to the Stratford Hills 7-11 via River Rd, Huguenot Bridge and Riverside Dr.Christmas Costume Dress Is Highly Recommended!!! But you know what.....that's the great thing about running, the feeling you get when you're crossing that bridge, in the fog of the morning, hardly any cars on the bridge, its crisp and quiet.The feeling is priceless!!!

Thank you for your kindness!! I wish I could do the trail run this weekend especially since I didn't do Scramble. My son has a school event at 8 a.m. so I will be missing this one also.
Myron, you might like this---have you seen the new trail running group. I signed up for it hoping to make a run once in a while. It is hard sometimes to have free time with the children, but I'm hoping to catch a group run here or there this year. I think they are going to rotate the different trails in the area, and they seem very nice people.
