david
statins are the class of drugs that comprise current cholesterol lowering meds. side effects that include muscle pain, achiness, etc should be discussed with your doctor. your doc will probably draw blood to check your liver levels, as that is another undesirable side effect. in which case, you may be switched to another class of statin, simvastatin/zocor for example. good luck.

Hello!! We just got back from a wonderful historical walk presented by the Valentine Museum---the route Abe Lincoln and his son Tad went on when Richmond was burning and how tired and broken down he was from all that was happening. It was great! How are you? What is your next run? I miss you guys!

I wonder what runs you are doing this coming month? I hope to see you and your lovely wife! I am signed up for Carytown next. I love the Scramble the best of all, but my ole body can only take one run in a weekend! :) I'm thinking of St. Francis or Crossover, but depends if I'm in town. Wishing you best always. David, I am signed up next for the Monument just for fun jogging probably in a mermaid costume. Bobby has an academic competition Sat. morning of the SPCA, but I noticed that is a late run, so Morgan and I may be able to drop him off and make it to volunteer at the SPCA! She really wants to see the cute animals there! If I do it, I will be at the finish line and cheering loudly for you and Julie! You all will be outstanding times a million!! I am rooting for you!!
