Look forward to seeing you on Saturday as well... I'm 6'2, about 195, goatee, brown hair, brown eyes, but I'm not full of it... well, okay, maybe a little! Probably will be wearing my Pittsburgh Steelers visor (no offense if you like a rival)... I believe I am running with the Grey team again this year (early Saturday morning team), unless they change the name... Hi Nicole, glad to hear from you... yes, our Wednesday morning group is a great one, lots of great souls! Last year, what we did (probably do the same this year) is start our MTT Wednesday runs at 5:30am... The first several weeks, Wed runs are only 5 miles, so no need to start at 5am for most of us... initially, we'll start Wednesday, June 3rd, at 5:30am... 5 miles. maybe a as much as a mile extra some weeks, as most of us have run marathons before... but if you want to keep to the schedule, I'll make sure Marc schedules routes close to the MTT program for the day...

No worries about your pace... 10:00 pace is perfectly fine, especially in the heart and heat of the summer! Even at 530am... Sometimes, we string out a little bit, some at the front, in the middle, in the back, but we usually print routes out for everybody and send emails a few nights previous with the www.usatf.org link to point to our route for the week... Look for our Einstein Bagels Wednesday run postings on the www.marathontrainingteam.com message board... Happy running, and remember, hills are your friends!!! ;)

Oh no, a tough chic! :) Boot camp for women? I better make sure I don't ever make you mad! :) I bet you make them run hills a lot don't you? I know, I know, hills are my friend! that's what the MTT coaches will tell you... without ceasing! Sometimes I've been right in the middle of a nasty hill... and up would come one of my Grey team coaches... or some other coach entirely... "hey, great day we're having here, eh? Don't you just love the sound of birds singing in the morning?" As if there's no hill there... I mean, what DO they put on THEIR Corn Flakes in the morning? 'Cause I'm pretty sure we're running up a big hill here! :)

See you on May 30th? I believe they're having a little orientation/meet and greet at Sportsbackers Stadium in the bleachers at the track... around 7:30... then we have our first run, 6+miles I believe...

Congrats on joining RRRC and of course for joining the 2009 MTT with Sportsbackers! I"m probably going to be with the Grey Team and Coaches, Greg, Gordon, Elliott and Bertie again this year... we run on Saturday mornings from the Sportsbackers Stadium parking lot near the Diamond on Boulevard, starting May 30th... our group leaves at 7:30, but later in the summer will leave at 7am... to beat the heat! :)
