It was great seeing you as well Nigel.  I probably should have warmed up the legs a little more before the start, but I survived with just some minor calf soreness.  I had forgotten how many turns and ups and downs were in this race.  You ran a good race as well.  Now I'm ready for some warmer weather and some shorter distances.  See you soon!

Nigel - I just sent you a note, but just in case it doesn't go through...your race time has been added to the RRRC results (a predetermined format) as well as to the event website results (that the awards were based on). Yes, it's Tue Oct 19, and we will start at 6 PM this time. Julia of FIT Richmond is offering free strength primer at 6:30 so we can warm up with the run, pump irons to work up appetite and run back to savor for the much needed beer. :) See you then!

It was so nice to meet you as well. Hopefully we'll run into each other at some future races. And I won't forget to look out for you at the 10 Miler in a couple weeks. I think I'll be out on the course for this one, so I'll be sure to yell and cheer if I see you!
