The Anthem half marathon will start one hour prior to the marathon, at 7am, and will complete a fast, flat loop course starting at the Cavalier on 42nd street and end on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 31st street. Participants must be at least 12 years old on March 20, 2011 in order to participate. The Anthem half marathon course is open for 4 hours, which is a 18:19 per mile pace.
