Hey Rodney, I got your message about the SMarT Group. You are more than welcome to join us this weekend. We have a number of folks training for a race that same weekend in October, as well as folks going to NYC in Nov and Sacarmento in Dec. How we set up the group is, if you're part of it, you'll be added to the roster and will be responsible for "owning" a group run one weekend. That means you will set the route and put out the water. It's a pretty low-key group, very supportive of each other. While most everyone who is in this group is a relatively fast marathoner, we don't race the long runs. The pack will gradually separate, but the average pace will range between 7:30 to 8:30 mile. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a message.
