i need to ask melissa if you can get back on the field on wednesday... if only the RR could see you run away from the bearded man that one fateful game. hilarious.

if you want to run sundays at 9:30 am (though probably way slower than you're used to), a few of my teammates from the 10K training team will be meeting at my place.
