I can do any morning now.  I have a pace of about 11, give or take.  Hills are the worst for me.  I had done the training last year for the Patrick Henry 1/2, and then when Dec hit I was able to get out and run maybe once a month.  so I would like to start working on the mileage first not so much speed.  If you would like we can try to meet up and do a run and see how our paces work with each other.  Like I said I dont want to go fast too quick to avoid any injuries.
