I saw that you asked twice about what happened to the Pocahontas run in the fall. I talked with the former race director, Christopher Calfee when I was at Runner Bill's last week. He was very forthcoming in his views about why the race no longer exists. If you go there for your running gear/shoes you may want to ask him directly. I don't want to repeat what he said because I am sure he would rather relay the information directly. I will say that he enjoyed directing the race.
