Many more miles ahead to run, looks like we have a group of runners around the 8:30 min per mile mark.

How was the 8 mile run this morning? I ran a 5K...did a 22:27...think it was a short course. :-) Tomorrow plan on doing an 8 mile so I don't get behind...
So I might be able to make the run this weekend. I think we are going to drive up to the wedding Sat. AM, and if we don't have to leave before 9 I can make it. So hopefully I will see you Sat!
How did you like the 7 miles this morning? I was really dragging. I felt much better when we did the 6 miles last week. I'm going to miss next week...I'm running the Smoketree "Summer Splash" 5k. It's a benefit for the local swim team. I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend. Thanks for the friend invitation!
