That speaks volumes of your decent and good character. Seriously, I have goosebumps of awe for the find and outstanding person you are. You are a true gem. What you did will always stay etched in her heart and soul. You have changed the course of her running future to a good experience! You are awesome!

You have the best heart. I am pretty sure it was you who I saw helping a little girl who was crying on the run and you uplifted her spirits, made it fun for her, and got her re-focused just to have fun and finish. You are a good person. I wasn't sure, but I think you may have been a coach for the Millwood team? If so, you have a kind heart and giving soul. You do so much already for the running community and are very appreciated.You are truly good person who makes such a positive difference in this world.
You and Ellie are inspiration and amazing-- all you both accomplish, your energy, your sunshine personalities, all you do to better the world---you are genuinely good people and the world is a better place because of you!
What you did for that little runner today, I saw, and was very moved, but not surprised because you are always doing good deeds.
