You missed the 13 mile too. If Art & I need to take you out for a cold one to motivate you we will. Hope to see you this Saturday.

You missed a good and cold 6 mile run. Your family is more important. I hope your daughter has a Happy Birthday.

I skipped last Saturday due to the weather. I hate being cold and wet. I haven't done much since the marathon. I still have a little bit of knee pain if I go over three miles. I hope the weather holds out this weekend. I would like to try to do six miles and I know you can do it. I will be looking for you.

Tim,
Andrea and a bunch are running on Saturday at 8:00 from John Rolfe. Just an informal group to get us through the winter. Most of us will be running a half marathon in the spring. I thought you may like to join us since you have the "bug" for running now.

Thanks Tim. I feel good about the marathon and my ultimate goal is just to finish. I will be running with a few folks from the PHHMT. I love the training teams too. I will definitely be signing up for the Ukrops team as an intermediate as well. I am looking forward to reducing my mileage. Training for a marathon is time consumming. I will see you in January!

I saw that you are registered for the Capital 10M this weekend. Hope you have a great run! I am jealous! I have been given "permission" to run again but with restrictions - nothing over 3 miles and nothing below a 9:30 pace - UGH! I did ride 21 miles on my bike this past weekend so all is not lost. :) Go hard on Saturday!

Sorry for the delayed reply. I have been on "back to school overload". I see the Dr. again on the 16th so I won't really know anything until then. I may have set myself back another week by running the race. I could barely get up and down the stairs the first few days afterwards. It seems strange to have run 13 miles and now have to get back on the elliptical trainer - boring! I see Dr. Stadler at Commonwealth Sports Medicine. There is a website by the same name. Have you friend check it out. Hope all is well!

FYI: My nemesis smoked the course at 1:48. Injured or not, I wouldn't have been anywhere near her. Only consolation is that now I know her name and can feel good that she is only 27. :)
