Sorry to hear about the fall and sore ribs. I have taken off for a week and a half while I rehab a painful hamstring and sore hip, so I am hoping the layoff will also re-energize my running program. Good luck to you and hope your condition improves very soon.

we, being those on the board, know as much as you about the newsletter. joe zielinski, the editor, has not been to a board meeting in a while. he did have surgery a few months back. we heard complaints about lack of submitted material. that's all i know.

I say about a handful of people because of some of the things you say remind me of some people, but then you say something else a certain way, and it throws me off--I think, no! not that person, must be someone else. You are doing great "mystery friend"!! It is fantastic you are doing the group runs and longer distances. I have much admiration for the great runner you are, always positive spirit, and the truly fantastic and good person you are. You make this world a better place!
