With all my heart and soul, I thank you for your kindness and prayers. You have uplifted me and given me strength and hope. It is going to be a tough road ahead, but you give me courage and faith. When I see you I will share what is going on.
With much love and deepest gratitude for your caring, eileen
Wishing all the positive back your way times a million! You make this world a better place! Looking forward to seeing you at a run soon and introducing you to my daughter who will now be able to enjoy the run w/o wheezing!
Frank, hope 2010 is the best year ever for you. You deserve it! You are marvelous!
I wanted to share some good news about my daughter's asthma. She doesn't run too much because she always has such a terrible asthma attack from exercise. She had been using albuterol inhaler as needed, but she needed it all the time and could never get a good night's sleep because of her wheezing and coughing. I took her to the wonderful Dr. Anne Marie Irani who prescribed 2 weeks ago Symbicort to maintain and prevent the problem. It is like magic. My daughter has gotten her first real night sleep in sooo long. Last night she asked me, "Mom, do you think I can run now? I wonder what it feels like to run without gasping for air and wheezing? What does it feel like to run and actually be able to breathe?" She has never known, but now, hopefully, she will be able to give it a try!! If I see you at a 5K in the spring, I will introduce you to her!
Wishing 2010 to be fantastic, filled with continued blessings, and always marvelous for you, Frank!!! Did you read the great editorial on the back page of the editorial section in today's Sunday paper? It is about a Chines author who wrote about "HappyLife". I know you would love this because you exemplify such kindness and positive energy, you make the world a nicer place, Frank! Take care and best wishes on your fantastic running! Congratulations on the truly excellent news about your asthma.
