Willis River 35K & 50K Trail Runs at Bear Creek Lake State Park, Cumberland VA

The 12th Annual RRRC Trail races formerly called the Swinging Bridge Trail Runs. The name was changed because the course changes no longer included the Swinging Bridge.The trial is designated a "wilderness trail" by the State Forest Department. It is challenging, not because of elevation, but because there are significant "blow downs" to run over, around and through.
