New RRRC technical clothing available

We have a NEW selection of technical running clothing available through our online store. The new clothing line commemorates 30 years of running by the club. The shirts are white with blue panels on the side. The material and manufacture is the same as was used for the Patrick Henry Half shirts. Most of the other clothing is from Sports Science. Spring Marathon Training Group now open for registration

The RRRC Spring Marathon Training Group is now open for registration. Runs will start December 6. You can join the group up to Jan. 31 The cost of the program is only $25 ($10 for members).

Advanced 10K Training Team for Monument Avenue 10K Kicks Off

RRRC has organized the Advanced 10K Training team for the Monument Avenue 10K. This team is designed for runners who are currently running at least a 9 minute mile (~55 minute 10K) and who want to get faster. The program is made up of organized group runs on Saturday mornings and Speed workouts at the Sports Backers Track on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm. The cost is $40 for members and $50 for others.
