Fourth of July

8 miler with the hmt novice team. I'm always impressed to see how many of our folks finish with a smile on their face. It felt good to have some miles under my legs again. Back off the mileage some this week to give some aches and pains a rest. Looking forward to the MTT run tomorrow.
