Since my whining on RRRC message board about it being too hot, I have decided to focus on getting outside to run when it's been hot. This has been a great help to me as I need a reason to run. For example, I need to focus on heart rate, speed, or just merely being brave enough to go outside when it's above 75! This being said, I have been very proud of my efforts and have been sleeping much better for the past 3 nights. (Except for when my cat, Kiwi, decides he wants awake company at 2:30 in the morning!) SO, my motivation for today....Yesterday was the last day of school and I am totally exhausted (YEAH for summer vacation!!), and despite me being tired I'm going for a hot run to try to beat the rain!! Then maybe a nap, because I'm on summer vacation!!
