Finished up the TWN run about 5 minutes before the sky started to fall. Luckily didn't see the lightning, probably because I was doing all I could do to keep up with the fast group. This will be very good for me, I will learn a lot. Have a great week!
Yep, good old Richmond sidewalks. I just need to treat them as a if I am running trails. Nothing like catching a toe and going down on aggregate. Stitches in one knee and elbow and both palms skinned up. My knee still hurst like hell, I guess i will be running again soon. I hope by Saturday at least. Thanks for the concern
I'm so happy I happened to click on Caroline's photos and made that connection (we roomed together in college, in case you were wondering how we knew each other). It was such a nice surprise seeing you and Doug, and the wedding looked absolutely beautiful! Looking forward to seeing you sooooon!
I was flipping through my friend Caroline's Facebook album, and who should I see in the first photo but YOU! I had no idea you and Caroline knew each other. She said the album was from her brother's/your daughter's wedding. Isn't it such a small world??? Anyways, I was really happy to see your beautiful face in the pics, and it made me think of you. Hope the running is going well and that I see you (in person) very soon. :)
Thanks Rosie!! Way to go yourself, you were looking really good at that turnaround. It's good to see you back out running and your hand looks like it's all healed up. I promise one of these days I'll get my tupperwares from your car, haha.
haha, come on - i would never run away screaming from you!! i'm sorry you had such a crappy thing happen to you on christmas eve, but it's great that you are back out running. once you give it some time, i'm sure you'll feel better about it. i was very happy to run into you!
