hey girl how are u doing? how is the hand? my second thoughts are for mel to stay home for another year, it is too soon for me. but the time is here that she is a big girl now. I will adjust to it and be there whenever she needs me.

with the beastly heat the 2nd annual dragon boat when well! my team didnt get the hardwares this year! however, your mekong team did really well and so did the half crazy coaches from sportsbackers!!! I think we all had a great time racing on the james! the scores are up on the SB website. I dont use facebook much only during the training seasons. my next outing is the half MT starts at the city stadium 08/6, then the anthem's moonlight ride 08/13.

best wishes to you and yur family...ps go Cavs and Go! bobby have an awesome year @ UVA!

I made the decision to race that run yesterday after the 1st mile. The rain felt good, and cloudy weather was even better, so I dropped the hammer after the second mile and made up for some time lost. You did great too, congratulations !

I am so glad that you like the necklace and earrings!!  Mitzi has been carrying it around since the Autism 5K in May (lol).  I thought you would be there, but I didn't see you.  Mitzi graciously took your gifts in thinking she would see you before me.  Appears we both saw at the same time:)  Last night you looked wonderful as ever:)  I hope you get settled in Cville, but please stay in touch.  We will all miss your positive spirit and humor:)

Eileen it was great to see you.  You all did very well at the race and were one of the top finishers in your age group.  I really like the Adventure style races as well!  Good luck with your move and hope to see you back at tome races!

Eileen, it will be a real loss for the Richmond running community when you move to Charlottesville.  Let us know if it is going to happen

How awesome was it to see you and all of the other smiling faces volunteering yesterday!?!?!  The race was a blast, and much tougher than I expected.  I still have some work left to do before the Boston Marathon this April, that's for sure!  Thanks again for the kind words, and for being out there making it a spectacular event.

Hi Eileen - I was thinking about you as the snow fell last night and how you had once posted how delightful it is to run in the snow - I was trying to psych myself up in case I had to train in bad weather this weekend :) - then, lo and behold, I stumbled upon your article in this morning's newspaper. The lord must want me to make contact with you... hope all is well...
