Hello! Hope you and your fantastic family are doing great! You are the nicest!Jay, my son was taking the SAT at Monacan High this weekend and I saw a sign about a 5K in June to raise money for swim teams I believe. I was wondering if you and Linda are putting that run together? It is being held in Smoketree/Stonehenge neighborhoods. I might do the Scramble and Autism, but after that, I am probably not going to do many runs, if at all any more. Life is going by so very fast. I want to spend the every single spare moment and time treasuring the loved ones. They are always the top priority 1000% but now 1 million percent. For fun though, maybe this summer, I might join your Tuesday group once or twice if I can. You are doing super marvelous job with everything!
Hope to see you soon!

It's part of RunScore which is the software we use for race results. Frostbite was chip timed by Kale this year. They provided lots of bells and whistles for what we pay them.

I said "might have convinced me...". It will take convinving a lot of other folks too.

I certainly am not upset at being out age graded by Linda. I'm just AMAZED my ranking was so high.

After yesterday's Frostbite, you might finally have convinced me of the benefits of age-graded results! Even with Linda kicking my butt! :-)

Thank you for your kindness! I am wowed by Linda--she is going to do awesome!! I haven't had a Tuesday night free since the last time I saw you almost a year ago--time flies!!--but hope to make one of your fantastic speed runs at Robious soon! Taking some time off running now to focus on family health needs--life goes by so fast I don't mind stopping to smell the roses right now! Take care, Jay, and wishing you best always!

Jay: We would appriciate it if you let the cross country runners know about our camp. It is each July at Pocahontas State Park. We are offering local runners a discount of $40 off the individual price. It's a 6 day camp for $380.
