Ed,

You are truly missed.  I hope all is well and you have found a new running club to assist and take to the next level.

Disappointed that I didn't make it to your wingding tonight.  Here's wishing you and Karen all the best with your relocation to North Carolina. You will certainly be missed - One of the mainstays of Richmond running!

Hello again Ed,

Would it be okay if we delivered fliers for our Christmas Tree 10K this Saturday at The Bear Creek Location? Take care.

Hello Ed. I just requested to add you as a friend b/c I'm directing a great local trail 10K in December and wanted to send you the information in the hopes that you might run it and share the race web site with your running groups and colleages. Team and individual awards will be given. If you don't mind accepting my request to be your friend, thanks. The course is great...a fast 100 meter track start and finish, with the rest being a fun mixture of flat packed dirt and more challenging grassy rolling hills. Thanks again.

Hi Ed, does everyone who finishes the Capital 10M Run get a medal? I see where it says that every kid who finishes the 1M run gets a medal, but I don't see that same comment for the 10M Run finishers. Just curious. Thanks.

Great job with the Pony Pasture race this morning!! Things went very smooth considering how many folks were there and tight parking:) I'll start practicing my van driving now so I'll be ready for next year's shuttle:) Kudos to you and all the volunteers!!

Ed-I'd signed up for the Pony Pasture 5k, but was just notified I have to be at Rockett's Landing by 8 as Team Captain for a Dragon Boat Team....may I have a friend pick up my shirt? (assuming I signed up enough in advance that I was getting one!) Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Ed --
Kathie Spraggins here -- I just got the e:mail notification about the Capital 10 miler -- I did the race last year and it was great -- I saw in the notice that if you were the first 100 registrants, it was reduced from $45 to $25 (or 20?) -- I immediately registered -- was charge the Richmond Roadrunners reduced price of $35 -- which is still good -- however, I just checked the number of registrants and only 20 names were on the list -- shouldn't I have received the very reduced price? Not sure how to work that out -- but any assistance would be appreciated.....see you on the roads....
